So here's the thing - my hubby is not a romantic! He tries - he really does. So I'll give him that. But when it comes to the big days (birthdays, anniversarys, Valentines day) he kinda slacks off. He's not one for big, showy gifts. And while I don't want much - a little spoiling would be nice, lol. So this year, with money a non-issue - I told him I wanted something; anything!
He came home from work with this:
Some of you might think that was an easy out. Too simple for such a romantic holiday. And I would have to disagree! This is something that is quite a bit big for him, lol - so I see it for what it is: a grand gesture of his love. And I love him for it!!
